What to expect?
This 2-hour workshop combines the fluid flow of vinyasa yoga with the core-targeting power of pilates and strength training. You’ll explore movements designed to awaken your core, boost your balance, and power up your entire day. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or just looking to dive deeper, there will be plenty of options to play, flow, and have fun.
In this workshop, we will:
Move through a series of invigorating and creative sequences.
Learn how to engage the core to protect our spine and joints during a more dynamic yoga practice.
Explore advanced asanas, arm balances and inversions – all in a safe, supportive environment.
Use deep stretches and mobility exercises to release tight core muscles.

Who’s teaching?
Iida has been teaching at Sagayoga for the past five years, known for her passion, creativity, and a unique approach that blends strong, dynamic vinyasa flows with a playful spirit. She creates a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels safe and supported, regardless of their level. Iida believes in helping each student find their unique strength and joy in movement, always offering encouragement, modifications, and a smile along the way
