Pilates Introduction

Hello Pilates!

You might have seen quite a few Pilates classes pop up on the schedule lately - it’s a practice that keeps gaining more and more interest, for a reason! It’s a great compliment to a yoga practice, yet often it can be overwhelming to join a group class.

This course is intended for you to get to know your body: We will look at how to move through a group class with enough knowledge of the key points of Pilates, focusing on alignment, posture and breath.

It’ll be a fun and playful class, no earlier experience needed here. You are welcome as you are.

Spots are limited to give everybody space and time.

We provide you with all of the props at the studio.

What? An introduction to get to know your body through the practice of Pilates.

Who? This is something for everybody. You need no prior experiences of any pilates practice.
