Asana lab


Have you ever wondered how to approach or align yourself in certain poses but never had the chance to examine them closely with an experienced yoga teacher? Are you curious about the magical world of meditation but haven’t yet taken the time to explore it?

The Asana Lab course offers an efficient and supportive way to build—or return to—a smooth and fluid yoga routine. A regular practice naturally brings increased freedom, success, and happiness. These are not goals; they are simply the symptoms of yoga.

This four-week course introduces you to Heartful Flow—a creative and playful approach to asana—alongside sweet, grounding relaxation techniques and a beginner's guide to meditation. There will also be space for questions and personalized, hands-on adjustments to support your growth and understanding.

Matilda Mannström is a certified senior yoga teacher who began her yoga journey in her early teens in 2007. With over a decade of teaching experience, she now trains future instructors and leads weekly classes, including Hatha, Yin, Heartful Flow, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. Along the way, Matilda has had the privilege of learning from inspiring teachers worldwide and is currently studying with Yogarupa Rod Stryker. Her expertise lies in body alignment and creative sequencing. 

Matilda’s teaching style is both slow and dynamic, ensuring that students are always guided mindfully and safely throughout their practice.


What to expect? A few asanas in each session with a playful approach to the poses and learning the key elements of proper alignment.

When? Wednesdays 4x in March, 5.3-26.3 at 5pm to 6:30 pm

For who? Suitable for students with experience of a yogic practice for one year or more.
