full moon late night yin

This event is designed to help you find balance, release tension, and cultivate a sense of harmony.

We will explore the gentle and introspective nature of yin yoga. Yin focuses on long-held, passive poses that target the deep connective tissues of the body. By holding these poses for an extended period, we allow ourselves to surrender and find stillness, creating space for emotional and physical release.

The full moon symbolizes abundance, illumination, and the culmination of intentions. It is a time of heightened energy and reflection, making it the perfect opportunity to set intentions for the coming cycle.

The ambiance of the practice space will be carefully curated to create a serene and sacred atmosphere allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the practice and connect with the lunar energy.

You can expect to experience a deep sense of relaxation and a heightened awareness of your body and breath. This practice is not only physically nourishing but also offers an opportunity for self-reflection and introspection.
