This program is designed for all levels, encouraging participants to build resilience and deepen their practice. Classes are held live on weekdays with pre-recorded weekend sessions for recovery and flexibility.

As we will challenge the physical body with strong flows, we also cultivate a sense of inner strength. That and willpower are essential qualities that help us face life's challenges with resilience and purpose. While outer strength may fade, inner strength grows as we nurture discipline, self-belief, and a deep commitment to our goals. Especially during the darker, reflective months, focusing on inner strength provides grounding and clarity. It fuels our ability to persevere, adapt, and thrive, even when faced with adversity. Strengthening this core of resilience enables us to navigate both life's high moments and its hardships with balance and confidence.
