October online sessions offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in a 10-day online yoga program that embraces the silence and slowness of autumn. We’ll find a beautiful dance of movement and meditation, combining them together, and exploring how the movement can become our meditation.
We practice every weekday morning together from 7:30 to 8am.
You’ll receive a recording from all livestream practices.
On the weekend (26.10. - 27.10) you’ll enjoy pre-recorded practices when it suits best for you.
This is all levels welcome, all you need is a curious and open mind, yoga mat and a decision of commitment.
