This three-hour session is a combination of Chiara’s most liked classes, Gentle Flow and Shake The Dust, and a deep dive into the wood element
After a short theoretical introduction to get a shared understanding of the wood element and arrival in the groupmind, we begin with a soft expansion of breath, body, and mind to open into the practice. At the zenith of our yang energy, we shake our dust to connect with what is waiting underneath. Gently reorganising ourselves with a slow flow to fully come back home. Does it feel a bit lighter? Enjoy it to the fullest with a restorative part that ends in a long Savasana.
Embarking from the spring cleaning re-connected to ourselves and maybe with some insights into what this new cycle hold for us. For everyone who has a body. No need to have previous experience or knowledge of Chiara’s classes or the wood element.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR Chiara is a certified yoga teacher who has been holding space at Sagayoga since 2021 after she moved from Frankfurt to Helsinki in 2020. Her current weekly classes are Gentle Flow and Shake The Dust. She also guides Vinyasa, Yin, Meditations, and corporate Yoga classes. The five elements of Chinese Medicine, tantric philosophy, and inclusive anatomy were big parts of her training. Chiara’s classes are welcoming, with a sprinkle of magic, and give space for your unique way of moving.

PREPARE FOR SESSION Make sure to have a proper breakfast in the morning and enough time before the practice to digest it. Bring a water bottle and comfortable clothes. Maybe some woolen socks and a hoodie for the relaxing part of the practice.
AFTERCARE Drink a lot of water after the practice. It also might be a good idea to reserve the rest of the afternoon for yourself to sit with the practice or take it all a bit slower <3
