Upside-down!
An introduction to inversions and arm balances
Are you interested in turning the world upside-down? Have you always wanted to try lifting to a headstand or fly in a crow-pose, but don’t know how to start? Then this intensive course is just for you!
Lifting the feet from the ground can be scary and there’s many things to pay attention to in the body to keep things safe. During normal weekly classes there’s usually not much time for in-depth and individual guidance, so the best way to kick-start your flight is by this 3-week intensive course that covers everything from proper warm-up, tips and drills and personal coaching – all in a safe, supportive and fun environment.
This course is for all levels. You have a chance to deepen your inversion practice or try something fun out for the first time. There will be modifications and tips for everyone.
