The deep aliveness of silence.
This retreat welcomes you to absorb the wisdom of silence. You will spend the time from Friday evening to Sunday morning not speaking, in noble silence. We will have guided practices where the instructions are spoken, but of course long moments of total silence.
Seldom do we have the chance to experience the power of keeping silent and be open to curious and often meaningful things that arise.
