How are you today? Have you been taking care of your dearest friend, yourself?
In our daily lives it's easy to find ourselves tired, stressed and over-worked. We might doubt ourselves and even talk to ourselves with only mean words. Sometimes it's hard to find our way back to ourselves, to the safety of You.
This evening will be all about self-love and self-compassion. About the true essence that we need in order to bloom. We need to give ourselves love, before we can truly know how to receive it. We need to respect ourselves so that we can respect others. As we are empathetic towards people around us, we need to share that same kind of empathy towards ourselves.
This evening will be soft, peaceful and filled with love. You will be guided through some breathwork, yin yoga and meditation that all invite you towards self-compassion and self-love.
Chocolate and tea is served before and after for our hearts ❤
What is Yin?
Yin yoga is in many ways therapeutic as we go open the deep connective tissues with the support of our breathing. As we open our deep tissues, we also create space into our minds.
Who is Katja?
"I am both a yoga teacher and a Bachelor of Social Services. I am also a wife and a mom to a 1,5 year old.
In my day job I aim to invite people to see their life as a whole where they can make a difference, but that's also something that I practice too. Self-compassion is also close to my heart and that's the reason behind these events.
I completed my 200h yoga teacher training in 2018 with Happy Jack Yoga and I've been teaching ever since. I've also studied Yin, authentic flow and embodied yin. I feel home, when I'm guiding you through a gentle flow or a Yin class.
