Welcome all mamas! Join a journey of connection, relaxation, and self-care with our Mama to be -special course. Designed to all mamas at every stage of pregnancy, this 4-week series offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle of everyday life and a chance to deepen your connection with your growing baby in this special time of your life.

Held on 4 cozy Tuesday evenings in the relaxed and nurturing atmosphere of Sagayoga Ullanlinna, each 1,5 h class offers a variety of pregnancy-friendly yoga exercises that support your wellbeing in multiple ways. In every session, we journey in soft movement and rest, mindful breathing and inner connection. Everything you need is provided by the studio; all you need to bring is yourself. Suitable for total beginners as well as seasoned yogis.

What to expect:

  • Gentle movement and stretching to ease tension and create space in your body for your growing baby.

  • Breathing techniques to calm the mind, promote relaxation, and prepare for labor.

  • Mindful practices to connect with your baby and tune into your body’s wisdom.

  • Community and support in a welcoming space shared with other moms-to-be.

Guided by the ever-bubbly teacher Iida, who brings 6 years of teaching expertise at Sagayoga and a deep knowledge of various yoga styles, this course is tailored to nurture your body and mind during pregnancy.
