Each morning, energize your body with sequences that target core, arms, back and leg strength through dynamic flows and sustained poses. This program is designed for all levels, encouraging participants to build resilience and deepen their practice. Classes are held live on weekdays with pre-recorded weekend sessions for recovery and flexibility.

You’ll get: 15 live online practices + 5 pre-recorded ones for the weekends. Recordings of all practices will be available for you until 15.12.
You’ll need: Comfy clothes and a yoga mat
