Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practioner, this retreat is for you! Sessions take place on a stunning sea-view terrace, in a beautiful yoga studio, and, when possible, right on the beach.

Day Trip – Nature, Adventure & Yoga
For those who love the outdoors, we offer a breathtaking hiking trip, combining stunning landscapes, a refreshing swim, and breathwork exercises. Led by yoga instructors Sofie & Roosa, this excursion is included in the retreat price. Additional tours organized by Apollo Travel are available for an extra fee.
Luxury & Comfort at Marbella Collection Hotel
Throughout the retreat, you’ll stay at the Marbella Collection Hotel, a five-star oasis with stunning sea views and first-class service—the perfect place to unwind. Take a dip in the infinity pool, relax on a sun lounger by the beach, sip a cocktail at the beach bar, and enjoy gourmet meals at the hotel's high-end restaurants.
For those looking for more, the hotel also offers a gym, various sports activities, and indulgent spa treatments (available at an extra cost).

Roosa and Sofie’s teaching styles and personalities create the perfect balance of softness and strength, offering retreat participants a diverse and deeply enriching experience.
In Sofie’s classes, movement flows in harmony with music, adding sensitivity and space for authentic self-expression. Her soft yet empowering approach encourages students to find their own rhythm and breath. She believes that yoga can be both powerful and gentle at the same time – the key is to listen to oneself and discover a personal way of moving.
Roosa, on the other hand, brings precision, playfulness, and warmth to her classes. Her expertise lies in body alignment and movement technique. Expect an energetic and uplifting atmosphere in her sessions—whether it’s a sweaty, challenging practice or a deeply relaxing experience with the soothing sounds of singing bowls. Roosa’s ability to adapt poses makes her classes accessible to all levels, inspiring students to feel the difference when the right muscles are engaged.
Together, Sofie and Roosa create an environment where participants can enjoy both deep relaxation and invigorating energy. Their blend of softness and strength invites each participant to explore their own yoga identity.
Sofie: Movement and Music in Harmony
Coming from a background in dance and singing, Sofie infuses her teaching with rhythm, expression, and sensitivity. She believes that yoga is both empowering and gentle—what matters most is finding a personal way to move and breathe. Her classes emphasize safe alignment, core stability, and breath flow, while also allowing space for self-exploration and discovery. Dynamic flow sessions encourage creativity and playfulness, while grounding practices bring calm and balance. Music is an essential part of her teaching—sometimes through curated playlists, other times through her own voice. For Sofie, yoga is, above all, a way to reconnect with oneself. She sees life’s challenges as opportunities for growth and believes that small changes—such as stepping away from daily routines or simply stepping onto the mat—can open up entirely new spaces for breathing and being.
Roosa: Precision, Playfulness, and Strength
Roosa’s classes offer a unique mix of precision, playfulness, and warmth. With a deep understanding of body alignment and movement mechanics, she is passionate about helping students discover how activating the right muscles can transform a pose.
Roosa’s journey into yoga began through adversity. A severe accident left her unable to walk, leading her to wheelchair yoga, where she adapted movement to what her body was capable of. Determined to heal, she sought treatment abroad, defied expectations, and regained mobility. The moment she could walk again, she signed up for yoga teacher training—an experience that changed her life and deepened her passion for yoga.
Because of her personal experience, Roosa has a strong ability to offer variations for all levels. She encourages students to ask for modifications that best support their needs, making her classes accessible, challenging, and rewarding for everyone.
